TRACY JONES, RDH: Tracy is from Slate Hill, She has been a member of ADHA since graduating from SUNY Orange in 2000. She has served in many leadership roles such as Delegate, Vice President, President, Secretary, and at the state level as Vice President of Professional Development, Director At Large, Director, and Alternate Director. Recently she received a Community Service Award from Agri-Business Child Development School for providing dental screenings to migrant children, and oral health education to their parents.
NICCOLE CARD, RDH, BSDH, MSDH: Niccole has been a member of ADHA since serving as SADHA Vice President as a student. She has held many positions in the Association from Secretary up to President, and on the state level as District Director, Director at Large, Vice President of Membership Services, and Delegate. Most recently she has assumed the role of Student Services Chair under Membership Services for NYDHA. She obtained her AAS from SUNY Orange, BSDH and MSDH from the University of Bridgeport. Along with working in private practice, she is a full time Associate Professor in the Dental Hygiene Department at SUNY Orange and Clinical Coordinator.
KRISITN HOFER, RDH, MSDH is a proud United States Navy Veteran. She is an Associate Professor at SUNY Broome where she teaches Dental Ethics and Jurisprudence, Dental Hygiene II, and is the second semester clinic coordinator/instructor. She is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bridgeport teaching Dental Practice Management, and currently holds the position of District Director for the Mid-Hudson Dental Hygiene Association. She has spoken at the Greater New York Dental Meeting and was published in Access Magazine on the topic of the oral-systemic connection.
YESENIA LUGO, CDA, RDH: Yesenia graduated from South Florida State College as a certified dental assistant in 2010 and then moved to New York to Pursue her dental hygiene degree. She graduated from OCCC in 2015. With 11 years of combined dental experience, she now dedicates her time to guide and mentor fellow colleagues as the Dental Hygiene Coordinator for a young and growing practice. Her focus is on hygiene clinical efficiencies and she possesses a passion for teaching patients the “why” behind dental diagnostics. Her philosophy is “if I don’t know why, then why do it”.
YESENIA RIVERA, RDH, MS: Currently she is an Adjunct Instructor at Orange County Community College while also working as a Clinical Dental Hygienist at Sun River Healthcare. Her ultimate goal is to obtain a Doctorate and Teach Full-Time. She is also a graduate of SUNY Orange Dental Hygiene, and obtained her MS from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science. She published her thesis in the October 2020 Journal of Dental Hygiene. Yesenia is the recipient of the Award for Commitment to Diversity from President of MCPHS College of Pharmacy and Health Science 2019, as well as the Award for Commitment to Professionalism from Mid-Hudson 2011. She has a wonderful daughter and family, and enjoy working out and reading.
BRITTANY FRASER, RDH: Brittany is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated summa cum laude from Orange County Community College with an associate’s degree in Applied Sciences. She served as Treasurer for SADHA during her tenure at SUNY Orange. She excels with focusing on the individual needs of her patients and strives to include them in all aspects of their treatment plan. Brittany is dedicated to helping each patient have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and exploring all the Hudson Valley has to offer.
MARIYANKA MILUSHEVA, RDH-. She was born in Bulgaria, came to USA in 1999 and became an American citizen 5 years later. In 2015 she attained her RDH. She acted as Delegate at the Empire Conference Annual Session in 2018-2021.

Denise Pratts, RDH. Denise has been a member of the ADHA since the start of Dental Hygiene school. She obtained her AAS from SUNY Orange where she served as SADHA President and was chosen as Student Delegate for the NYDHA annual conference in 2017. She sat as a Mid-Hudson Delegate last annual session 2018. Denise currently works full time in private practice where she demonstrates the highest standards of clinical practice. She is recognized for her accountability and dedication to the health profession, the public, and its members.
